~ PAYMENT ~
Payment must be received in full prior to order being posted. Once payment has been received, your order will be posted within 1-2 business days.
Payment options available: Direct Deposit, Paypal or Money Order. Your invoice will provide you with further details on these two options.
INTERNET TRANSFER or BRANCH DEPOSIT
• Please use your invoice number & surname when transferring your payment; this helps identify your payment.
• Please only transfer the exact amount of your invoice.
• Payments can take up to 4 business days to appear in our account.
Unpaid Orders will be cancelled after 7 days if we have not been contacted.
~ REFUNDS ~
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE OFFERED
• For change of mind.
• For missing post (we offer and recommend Registered Post).
However if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately via email info@lmhjewellerydesigns.com.au
Contact must be made within 7 days.
~ POSTAGE ~
Postage is a flat rate of $5.00 to anywhere in Australia.
Postage Terms:
• Australia Post is used for all postage.
• Unfortunately I can not take responsibility for missing or damaged post. Insurance and tracking options are offered. Refunds for missing post are NOT Offered if you choose regular post.
• Your order will be packaged with the utmost care, to ensure a safe delivery.
Within Australia, the following options are available:
• Regular Parcel Post
Delivery is usually 2-5 business days, although can take slightly longer to destinations within regional Australia. A cost-effective solution, but not insured.
• Express Post
Guarantees next-day delivery to major cities within Australia, and 2-3 business days to other centres. Not an insured postal service. Cost is $8.00 for parcels up to 500 grams.
• Registered Post
I strongly recommend Registered Post for peace of mind against lost or damaged parcels. Registered Post incurs an extra fee of $2.80 and includes insurance to the value of $100.

LMH Jewellery Designs collect information that allows us to process your order such as name, address and a way to contact you. We do not sell or make public any information. By using paypal LMH Jewellery Designs do not see your payment details, therefore we have no record of credit card or bank account details.
